Dr.N.Rajmohan is an Associate Professor in Water Research Center at King Abdulaziz University (KAU), Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. He completed his Ph. D at Anna University during 2001. He is working in the field of Hydrogeochemistry since 1995. He has wide knowledge and experience in the field of Groundwater chemistry, pollution and management. He is focusing mainly on aqueous geochemistry, hydrogeological investigations, environmental geochemistry, groundwater quality and contamination assessment, contaminants transport and application of solute transport and geochemical models. He has vast experiences (20+ year) in these fields. He has a broad and strong technical understanding of groundwater chemistry, pollution and management. He worked in various universities/institutes internationally such as DAU&KNU, South Korea; SQU, Sultanate of Oman; French atomic research center (CEA), France and International Water Management Institute (IWMI), New Delhi office, India. As recognition of his research contribution, he received the prestigious award of Dr. Sudarshan Pani – Dr. (Smt) Rama Dwivedy Medal (2015) by Indian Society of Applied Geochemistry (ISAG) for the Best Contribution in the field of Hydrogeology and Environmental Geochemistry. Further, he received the best performance award from Water Research Center, KAU during 2018. He has published about 56 research articles in various peer-reviewed ISI journals, book chapters and 31 research presentations in international and national conferences/seminars/invited talk (Total citations and h-index: 1004, 17 (Scopus); 1666, 18 (Google scholar)). He has contributed various projects. Currently, he has five on-going projects funded by the Deanship of Scientific Research, KAU and RDO, MOE, Saudi Arabia. He is widely travelled in Australia, France, Malaysia. Nepal, Saudi Arabia, Sri Lanka, South Korea, Singapore, Sultanate of Oman, UAE and UK.
