Dr Ncedo Cameron Xhala is a professional planner, an accredited infrastructure business case, and an infrastructure investment and finance practitioner. He has completed his postgraduate studies at Nelson Mandela University, the University of Pretoria, and the University of the Free State with his doctoral exchange mobility in Europe for his doctoral research. He has worked at both provincial and national departments of government within the area of the built environment, academia, and the private sector. He worked at the Department of Higher Education and Training as a Deputy Director responsible for student housing infrastructure projects for 26 universities. An Acting Director for TVET College Infrastructure Development, responsible for 50 TVET Colleges, Has been and academic and research. He has worked as a Director nd currently an Executive Director for Infrastructure at University of Zululand and has published 12 academic papers.
