Professor Pedro Francisco is a senior professor in the IPN, Mexico. His research interest is in Management and management of heritage landscaping. Area of specialization: Geo-environmental Studies. Studies of Water Quality (real time) and sediments. Studies applied for municipalities, states and federation. His research work mostly publishe din journal of Hydrology, Science of the total environment, Marine pollution bulletin etc., He is leading many research projects in National and International level. He is the project director of 1. Undersecretary of the Environment and Territorial Planning, SDRSOT, Government of the State of Puebla, 2. Agua de Puebla S.A. de C.V. (C.I.) / Operator System of Potable Water and Sewerage Services of the Municipality of Puebla. 3. Secretary of the Interior, Government of the State of Puebla 4. SEMARNAT, Puebla. He has more than 25 years of experience and teaching postgraduate students. His research experience in Direction of Master’s thesis (5) and Doctorate (5) completed. His students have achieved the Prize for the Best Postgraduate Thesis 2019 of the National Polytechnic Institute. 2. Finalist in the 1st World Summit on Leaving No One Behind, Water Lex (2019). He has delivered many keynote speaks around the world mainly Invitation to deliver a Master Lecture at the I Latin American Congress and the V National Congress of Hydrographic Basin Management (CMCH-2019) that will be held in Mexico City on 2019, IPN, CDMX, Mexico.
