Title of the Talk: Evolution of Water Rights in South Africa During The Last Three Hundred and Fifty Years

Professor Tewari is a full-time research professor in the Department of Economics and Faculty of Commerce and Law (FCAL) at the University of Zululand.  He was the Dean for FCAL from 2014 to 2018. Professor Tewari has done a tremendous amount of work on water economics and water rights history in South Africa.  His other areas of research include finance, research, and natural resources.
